Below shows some of the other projects I have worked on over the past 3 years. They range in technologies, various industries, screen types and scope. Most of the work I have completed have been done under the pressure of tight deadlines as well as helping companies undertake their first mobile project. My aim always is to deliver a product that is first and foremost easy to use, simple and beautiful.
While working at Empirical Works we had a lot of companies asking us to convert there paper forms into a digital solution. They are doing this form multiple reasons for example to collect and review live data, to help their employees work more efficiently and to save long term costs. We started working on an internal project that we could offer clients as a cheaper option rather then a custom project.
I worked on this project end to end; I helped on strategy, wireframes & sitemaps, created the Fastfish brand and designed the visuals for the website and app.
Regional Maintenance Delivery is a part of Roads and Maritime Services, and is tasked with carrying out various road, traffic and bridge construction and maintenance projects in NSW.
As a part of the day-to-day operations of these construction and maintenance projects, documentation is required to plan, manage and analyse the processes involved. Currently, the documentation is fully paper based, due to tradition, limitations in technology, and resistance around adoption of new processes and technologies.
However, RMS understands that modernisation is required, and leveraging mobile technology (tablets, mobile phones) is a necessary business move if it is to stay competitive and efficient in 2017+. So I was tasked to do some rapid prototyping with only two weeks to understand their processes and create a vision for their future system.
Endeavour Energy is a state owned electricity infrastructure company which owns, maintains and operates the electrical distribution networks for western Sydney and the Illawarra region of NSW, Australia.
To increase engagement with the brand Endeavour Energy wanted to introduction of a modern client-facing outage app that displays current and scheduled outages to customers in their area, with the ability to report broken power poles and lights.
I was involved end to end on this project and worked directly with Sharon the IT Web, IM & Collaboration Manager at Endeavour Energy as well as the developers on my team when I worked for Buuna. I completed wireframes, site maps and worked with the Endeavour Energy Brand on the visual design.
